Meet the Krinskys

Rabbi Levi and Mushka Krinsky, along with their baby Chana, moved to Libertyville in 2025, to establish Chabad of Libertyville.
Rabbi Levi was born and raised in Vilnius, Lithuania, where his parents run the local Chabad center. As a teenager, Levi learned in Yeshivas in Michigan, Mariland and New York. During his summer breaks Levi volunteered in outreach programs in Denmark, Lithuania and Oklahoma. The goal? To reach Jews in remote and underserved communities- and even in prison!- and give them the opportunity to engage with their Judaism.
Mushka was born and raised in Gurnee IL. After graduating from high school in Chicago, Mushka spent a year studying in Israel. She has taught in multiple Hebrew schools, and run several summer camps throughout the country. She loves connecting with people and enjoys everything creative!
